They were extremely gracious with our many requests. And understand ... there were many requests. Not only do we have 7 children (and so we live large and loud), but we care a great deal about the spaces we inhabit. Their team took care of our needs, as they were able. The house itself has amazing bones, and is at perfect location with beautiful ocean views, nice layout/feel and an upscale architecture. Some of the little things need some attention, but the managers were quick to respond to those and appreciated our feedback. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, and we have amazing memories from our 2-week stay here.
